Super healthy and delicious steamed rice topped with cooked veggies.
- 3 cups steamed rice
- 1 1/2 cups diced vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, cabbage)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- Salt and pepper
In a deep pan, cook the vegetables and tomatoes in 1 tablespoon butter or clarified butter. Add salt and pepper.
Put the steamed rice on top. Do not mix.
Invert the pan over the serving plate to allow the rice and veggies to remain separate.
When the bland rice and salty veggies combine in a mouthful, it is heavenly.
