- 1 small cabbage
- 1/4 cup peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 pinches red chilli powder
- Salt and black pepper
- Bread slices
In a deep pan or wok, pour 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Put cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and black pepper.
Add cabbage, peas, potatoes and salt.
Mix, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, mash them. Set aside.
On a heated pan, fry the bread slices in butter till they grow crispy. Spread the cabbage onto the bread.
Remove from heat and cut into four pieces.
Your healthy snack is ready!
