If you have semolina, vegetables and 10 minutes, prepare this healthy vegetarian breakfast.
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, corn, cabbage, bell pepper)
- 1/4 cup semolina
- Salt and black pepper
In a deep pan or wok, put 3 teaspoons vegetable oil. Add vegetables, salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Add a tablespoon of water if needed.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, dry roast the semolina till it is light brown.
Add 1/2 cup water. Cook while stirring continuously till it has dried enough to form lumps.
Mix in semolina with the vegetables.
Your healthy and wholesome breakfast is ready!
