Cheese pieces sauté in tomato juice and spices! Delicious and healthy snack for all.
- 1 lb. farmer cheese/paneer
- 4 juicy tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Cut the cheese into large pieces.
Slice the tomatoes.
In a shallow pan, put 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or unsalted butter. Sauté the cheese and tomatoes. Tomato juice will lend a nice flavor to the cheese.
Sprinkle chaat masala and that’ it!
