Helpful in curing common cold and keeping the body warm, this flat bread/paratha has exceptional nutritional value.
- 1 cup gram flour/besan
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
- 2 chopped green chillies (optional)
- Salt and black pepper
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
In a pan, pour 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or clarified butter.
Pour 1 tablespoon of batter. Using the ladle, spread it equally on all sides.
Let it cook on medium flame. Press with the ladle to fry evenly. Flip when brown spots start to appear.
Depending upon how big the bread/paratha you want, adjust the amount of batter you pour in onto the pan.
