Nobody can say no to crispy potato chips!
- 12-14 large potatoes
- Black pepper
Peel the potatoes and slice them very thin. Try to make them as thin as you can. It is all right if they aren’t perfect. They will taste just as good!
Heat 1 cup oil in a deep pan. On medium heat, put 6-7 slices depending upon the largeness of the pan. Flip and fry both sides.
Remove when they turn light brown on both sides.
Let the fried potato slices cool.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
