Ingredients for Coriander (Dhaniya) Chutney:
- 0.3 lb/150 gm coriander leaves
- 3 teaspoons lime juice (juice from one lemon)
- 1 green chilli (optional)
- 2 tablespoons water
Chop the coriander leaves roughly.
In the grinder, put coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, lime juice, and 2 tablespoon water.
Your delicious coriander chutney is ready!
Makes 1 small bowl (as shown in the picture). You can put coarsely chopped tomatoes or onions to increase the quantity of the chutney and to give it a slightly different taste.
